Before you rescue it, make sure it needs rescuing. That baby bunny, fledgling bird or tiny fawn may be exactly where its mother left it. If you've found injured or orphaned wildlife, we'll help you figure out what to do next.

We believe every wild life deserves a fighting chance. Our licensed wildlife rehabilitators care for injured, sick and orphaned native wildlife with one goal whenever possible: Return them to the wild where they belong.
Meet some of the animals that call Kansas home—and discover why even the creepy, crawly, slithery and stinky ones matter.
ARC Wild brings hands-on conservation education and live animal encounters any group size, age, or ability.
It takes a village. Ours is just a little wild.
You don't have to be a wildlife rehabilitator to make a difference.Transport an animal. Help at an event. Support an education program. Volunteer your talents. Donate supplies. Sponsor an animal. There's a place for you in our wild family.

Since 2022, the Ranger Program has inspired more than 100 young people through hands-on wildlife experiences, conservation, and leadership—helping them become changemakers for wildlife and their communities.
It takes a village to save wildlife and inspire the next generation. ARC Wild is 100% volunteer and receives no government funding. We rely on animal lovers like you. Will you help us make a difference?

Sorry... we do not rescue domestic animals. Please contact your local animal shelter
