Become a Ranger!

We are looking for 7-10 youth who want to learn more about nature in their own backyard. Rangers will meet every two weeks throughout the school year to learn through hands on experiences in the wild. 

The ARC Wild Ranger program is for exclusively for youth in 6-8th grade who are attending a northeast Kansas school. ARC's Board of Directors will select 7-10 youth for participation. Not all who apply will be accepted. Applications are due October 15, 2020. The program will follow the USD 113 school calendar and if chosen, costs $50 to join. Scholarships are available. Meetings start in November. The Ranger program will be taught by conservation biologist, Ashley Stalder and Kathy Bure of NEKSWR. Please contact us  at 785-284-2699 with any questions.
