ARC Wild can customize a program to any subject, age level or group size.

Below is a list of some of our favorite programs in 2019. Please contact us directly for STEM classes or other special requests. We love a wild challenge so let us know what you want to learn about!

Habitat Sweet Home - From the depths of the ocean to the top of the highest mountain, habitats are places where plants, animals and humans live. Join ARC Wild and our animal ambassadors, as we learn how animals big and small survive in nature.

Bugs 'n' Bunnies - Cute and cuddly meets creepy crawly in this class all about animals we love and hate. Confront your fears as you meet the bugs that provide us with

chocolate and find out why its impossible to sneak up on a rabbit in this hilarious, spine tingling class featuring bugs and bunnies.

Animals People Love to Hate - Most of us have an animal or two we’d rather not have an up-close-and-personal encounter with. Some are avoided because they carry diseases; others are downright feared, irrationally or not. The reality is - every critter – even the ones that creep, crawl, slither and lurk in the night – are an important part of its environment. Join ARC Wild as we get up close and personal with some of the animals we all love to hate.

Back to School Blues - It's school time again! Fall brings lots of changes. For humans, there are so new teachers, new friends, and maybe even a new school. Animals have to learn to adapt. Meet some ARC Wild ambassadors that will teach you how to get ready for the back to school blues.

Universe of Stories - Everything in nature has a story. From the sun up in the sky to the grass growing on the ground. Animals are right in the middle of everything and each of them have a story just like you! Every single story is important and many times, stories come together.

Amazing Adaptations- Adapt means to change. Nature has an amazing ability to change and grow. All living things need a place to live, food and water, space, air. For you - it’s your home, the place where you sleep at night, and the place you feel safe. Animals are used to moving around and finding new places to live, as long as they can adapt to that place. How adaptable are you?

Sounds of Summer - Did you know that everything around you makes music? You are making music just by sitting still! That’s right! Put your hand over your heart. Do you feel it? It’s beating like a drum. Nature makes music too! If you are quiet enough you can even hear the trees grow. Learn about the many sounds of summer and meet some amazing amphibians.

Who's Eating Who? - Food webs are made of many intersecting food chains. We are all connected. It all starts with the sun. Which grows the plants. If there were no plants, there would be no us. Either you eat plants, or you are a plant or you eat things that eat plants.

So - You Want to be a Wildlife Rehabber!

Best Foot Forward - The foot is one of the most important tools an animal has and you can tell a lot about them by their size, shape and covering. Some are webbed, some have claws and some have paws. This special class will take you on a journey of discovery as we see if your feet can do the same tasks as our ambassadors.

Night Eyes - Have you ever gone out at night and looked up at the stars and see the Milky Way? Could you see it? If not, you’re not alone. Most people in the U.S. can’t. Why? There is too much light! Learn about light pollution, animal constellations and meet some special night eye ambassadors that need your help to survive the night sky.
